Does it do what it’s supposed to do? This would depend on whether or not there is an Introduction. If there isn't one, should there be one? Is there a table of contents?   There is a brief introduction but no table of contents.

Is there a comparison or are there conclusions?  The conclusion is still missing.

What do you like about it? (be specific) We like the image that introduces the wiki page; the layout is accurate and the text is very rich with a lot of information. Moreover there is plenty of notes.

Is there cohesion? The cohesion is given by the lenghth of the paragraphs which is almost the same for each of them.

Is it relatively easy to read? If not, what could the writer do to make it easier for the reader? The text is readable and comprehensible. Since there is  a great amount of information it would be a good idea to point out some meaningful concepts using, for example, different colours.

Is there balance and parallelism? There is balance and parallelim between paragraphs: they first focus on the American health care "non system" and then they treat the same topic in Italian.

Is referencing done correctly? Apparently there are a lot of notes and they are done correctly, as well.

Are there parts that appear that they should be referenced, but are not? In our opinion they used a lot of references so none is missed.

Can you find any instances of plagiarism? At first sight, the text might appear written by students in an academic style.

Language

Are there sentence fragments or any run-on sentences?

Are the verb tenses used correctly?

Are there words that need to be checked for spelling?

Are the beginning of sentences and proper nouns capitalized?

Do sentences have appropriate ending punctuation?

Is internal punctuation (comma, colon, semicolon) used appropriately?

Are pronouns used correctly?

Is the appropriate vocabulary used?

Sentences are quite short and well written. They used a correct punctuation and specific vocabulary. The use of tenses is correct and there  seems not to be grammar mistakes.
