•  Does it do what it’s supposed to do? This would depend on whether or not there is an Introduction. If there isn't one, should there be one? Is there a table of contents?
  The text is very well organized, there are bith an introduction and a table of contents. The subject matter is clerly explained since the beginning.
•  Is there a comparison or are there conclusions? 
  Yes, there is a comparison between the two countries. Similarities and differences are pointed out.
• What do you like about it? (be specific)
  The text is very well organized, the subject is developed clerly, there are many photos and graphics which show important data and statistics. I think they help the reader to understand better the problem and to catch his/her attention.
• Is there cohesion?
  There is cohesion in the text.
• Is it relatively easy to read? If not, what could the writer do to make it easier for the reader?
  Yes, it is easy to read because the subject matter is explained step by step
• Is there balance and parallelism?
  Yes, the text is coherent and the different sections are well balanced

  Yes, there are footnoot, each picture and graphic has got a source
• Are there parts that appear that they should be referenced, but are not?
  We don't think so since each photo and graphic do have the source mentioned. For the rest we trust our peers.

  We don't think so

  Yes, many

  No, paragraphs are well structured and balanced
