Hi guys, well- done, it's a very interesting work, very funny too. We suggest you some ideas to make your work even better. To simplify our corrections we just answered to the questions that Sarah wrote in the checklist. We hope that you will find our suggestions useful!!!

 

Contents and Organization

 

Does it do what it’s supposed to do? This would depend on whether or not there is an Introduction. If there isn't one, should there be one? Is there a table of contents? There are still no parts written in Italian, but we know that our American peers are pretty busy in these days!

Is there a comparison or are there conclusions? Developing a section about the comparison between the US and Italy could be useful to sum up what you wrote and to clarify the purpose of your wiki.

What do you like about it? (be specific) We liked the images and the videos that you put in the wiki because they help the reader to better visualize what you are going to write. Moreover they arouse the readers' curiosity and can spur them into watching those movies!!!

Is there cohesion? good job with cohesion

Is it relatively easy to read? If not, what could the writer do to make it easier for the reader? We suggest you to use more colours to make your wikipage easier to read.

Is there balance and parallelism?

Is referencing done correctly? We suggest you to add more footnotes and references in your wiki.

Are there parts that appear that they should be referenced, but are not?

Can you find any instances of plagiarism? We just remind you to put more footnotes and references about the parts that you copied and pasted from the Internet or other sources.

Are there enough links to outside sources? Put some other links

Length - are the paragraphs too long? too wordy?

Structure - is there a clear structure divided into paragraphs? We think the paragraphing is ok.

Is there any use of multimedia? We tried to watch the first 2 videos, but they didn't work. Check them!

 

Language (In general we can say that the part about language is well- done, it's not necessary to check it in depth)

 

Are there sentence fragments or any run-on sentences?

Are the verb tenses used correctly? yes

Are there words that need to be checked for spelling? After the table about and the link in the section about the Godfather there is a little mistake: " As we can seen"should be "as we can see"

Are the beginning of sentences and proper nouns capitalized?

Do sentences have appropriate ending punctuation?

Is internal punctuation (comma, colon, semicolon) used appropriately?

Are pronouns used correctly? We noticed that a couple of time you used the personal pronoun "I". Try to write in a more objective and impersonal way, avoiding the pronoun "I".

Is the appropriate vocabulary used?

You are encouraged to intervene directly on the pages you give peer feedback on if you see particularly evident language mistakes!
