Contents and Organization

Does it do what it’s supposed to do?

So ans so. There's a table of contents, which is pretty clear and helpful, but teh only completed section is the one in Italian (that is a fourth of the total...)

Is there a comparison or are there conclusions?

Not yet.

What do you like about it? (be specific)

Not much really. It's very incomplete.

Is there cohesion?

Yes.

Is it relatively easy to read? If not, what could the writer do to make it easier for the reader?

No, it's not. Most of the body of the section is written in pseudo-legal Italian, so it's pretty complex and hard to follow. An explanation of the laws in simpler words would be nice.

Is there balance and parallelism?

Not yet, since only one student wrote the first draft and posted it.

Is referencing done correctly?

Apparently yes.

Are there parts that appear that they should be referenced, but are not?

Not really.

Can you find any instances of plagiarism?

It seems like most of the article has been taken verbatim from some legal source. I would not go as far as call it plagiarism, though.

Language

Are there sentence fragments or any run-on sentences?

No.

Are the verb tenses used correctly?

Yes.

Are there words that need to be checked for spelling?

I found none.

Are the beginning of sentences and proper nouns capitalized?

yes.

Do sentences have appropriate ending punctuation?

Yes

Is internal punctuation (comma, colon, semicolon) used appropriately?

Yes.

Are pronouns used correctly?

Yes.

Is the appropriate vocabulary used?

Yes.

I feel I have to point out that the correct use of Italian grammar might easily be due to the fact that the section seems to have been taken from an Italian source.
