Does it do what it’s supposed to do? This would depend on whether or not there is an Introduction. If there isn't one, should there be one? Is there a table of contents?
The wikipage is very well done, there's no proper introduction but they made a clear list of all the aspects they want to analyse giving a clear idea of their topic. There's a table of contents too.
Is there a comparison or are there conclusions? There is a detailed comparison therefore the conclusion, which is missing, is not essential.
What do you like about it? (be specific) We really like the layout, there are many graphics that make the content more understandable and easy to read.

Is it relatively easy to read? If not, what could the writer do to make it easier for the reader? As we have already pointed out, the text is very clear and easy to read.
